Lockton is great with providing resources to their associates and for giving the leverage to work with most carriers

Cons

There are many questionable associates in management and leadership positions who have inappropriate relationships with younger employees. There is one Account Executive under 30 who acts very close and tight with all the younger girl AAs and the girl interns. Almost every young associate who is a woman has been invited to his house as a stop on the way to lunch to see his pet dog and to play with it which is very questionable and inappropriate
