Great company - senior leaders/producers need to model better behavior

Pros

Great company to work for. Employees are treated fairly and are given opportunities to grow. Fast paced - a good fit for type A people.

Cons

Work life balance is difficult. If Lockton would consider remote work or job sharing this would be better. Pay is not at top of range - can make more money elsewhere. Producers treat associates poorly - you need to have a thick skin to work in this environment.
