Amazing benefits. The company really cares about each employee and their well being. My supervisor and those above him were awesome

Cons

As is with the insurance business, balance of work and homes life is hard. Lockton expects employees to be there for their customers night, day, holidays.Taking calls from companies Christmas Eve when your with your family. Doesn't matter. You do what you have to do to keep the client happy. Which is why Lockton is so successful, but if you have a young family/family at all this is really hard to manage with the work load.
