Salary good and benefits , pension etc

Cons

No loyalty or respect, saw someone who worked here for 23 years canned due to restructuring and new management who did not know this man , he was intelligent qualified and hard working in the marine department respected by his peers but counted for nothing. No work life balance , partners out for themselves and their own pocket at expense of morality and care for staff , nasty bullies

Great training, great culture, great people and opportunities for growth. More flexibility than larger brokerage firms.

Cons

Placement at the end of the program depends on the needs of the business. Hours during renewals can be hectic as well. Pay can be low compared to larger competitors.
