The quality of people lockton attracts is solid. I work across so many teams and the bulk of people are great to be around.

Cons

Like any company, you can have some big egos among management or sales persons. The company keeps having "unicorn" years representing incredible growth, yet top performers' compensation is not commensurate to company performance. Definitely a pressure among some male management to not take full paternity leave.

I’ve seen worse agencies, pay is decent .

Cons

If you don’t get the right fit on AEs for your accounts it can be difficult. I have other opinions I’ll keep to myself but every team runs a different way .
