Pros

Decent pay, decent management, decent benefits. In general, it's just decent. Don't expect to be WOW'd, but don't expect it to suck either.

Cons

Lockton doesn't provide tuition assistance. Lots of management only worried about profits and not their employees' well-being (that's business, I get it, but still...)
