      Pros

      Great office culture if you're in the right unit.

      Cons

      Lockton pays its employees below market value. It makes up for this by throwing a lot of parties and giving employees a good work-life balance, but you have to accept that your paycheck takes a hit for being given a lot of alcohol.

      Creative, forward thinking organization that makes me proud to be an employee. Very committed to client needs. Company offers multiple culture building activities like Fair Day, happy hours, Fun Committee, Make a Difference awards, community support initiatives, etc.

      Cons

      Our commitment to clients is a strength but also becomes a challenge when trying to create balance with personal life. Fortunately, the firm offers remote access flexibility when possible.
