Good work/life balance, great people, and awesome perks going to ball games and out with carriers. Little travel. Work hard play hard attitude

Cons

Getting promoted feels like it is based off time and not the work that you put in. Training could be better.

Gets you in the door of the insurance industry.

Cons

Supervisor in the Dallas, TX office plays favoritism on a day by day basis. If you are out sick or have a family emergency, you are punished for it the next couple of days/weeks that you are back in the office. Little to no room for growth or advancement if you start off in this department.
