Motivated associates hindered by toxic leadership culture

Get to work with some amazing and smart associates who are keen to do a good job.

Cons

Leadership that promotes one ideology and then tolerates a far more toxic one. Bullying and punishing people who worked hard to overcome barriers and are widely recognised as value adding players is seeing talent exit and putting off talent from joining.
