      Pros

      Lockheed Martin has many options for career paths. As the largest govt contractor, LM has many pieces of the pie. Most employees paths are limited only by their own ambition.

      Cons

      There is a lot of "fat" in the company. Overhead corporate leaches sucking the life out of the money making side of the house. Benefits are always shrinking. The human resources side of the house is very pathetic.

      The pay and benefits package are OK for a company this size. They beleive in promoting higher education to advace your career.

      Cons

      Too many layers of management. All decisions are done in a committee setting.
