Teams have good, capable people

Cons

New leadership has been making worse decisions over time. Cost cutting on equipment without considering how that affects output. Sending people to Camden for a tax break without caring about the fallout. 100% onsite if you have a clearance while only allowing you to use their terrible office equipment.
