      For sush a big company, they have alot of crooks! The government needs to BEWARE!

      At least your get pay :-)

      Cons

      Benefits are insanely high (You will see when you go to orientation) Senior Management looks for every opportunity to rape the customer by overbilling and sub-contracting folks who don"t have any real experience There is no real career growth - you are just a work-horse, so don't think about educating yourself to get the next level

      Pros

      Great atmosphere to work at for starting out. As an intern I was given many opportunities (as many as the full time employees were given), and they foster an environment for open-thought and growth.

      Cons

      Pay scale seems low in comparison to other defense contractors (such as Northrop Grumman). They do not offer bonuses, and this is a major drawback. They also do not pay for any extra time off at the end of the year, either you use it or lose it (no compensation).

      Meaningful projects. A lot of good work but you have to go find it. Great place to start a career.

      Cons

      Culture/infighting/politics at the Goodyear site. Training opportunities limited. Not as market "nimble" as a smaller company.
