      Good Benefits, Communications Lacking

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are excellent. Projects can be interesting and rewarding if you are assigned to a specific one. There are many different projects you could work on.

      Cons

      Management leadership abilities are suspect. The company talks about communications but are reluctant to provide you with information that may affect you. It is difficult to move to another assignment. It is difficult to obtain training if you are interested in a different job classification.

      Pros

      9/80 work schedule party city if you like that sort of thing

      Cons

      You must work 5 hours of free overtime before you can start earning pay for overtime. Middle management is clueless, inexperienced and selfish. Facility is very old and not kept up. When they hire, it's not based on skill, experience or anything positive for the team. The pay is well below average and the location is bad, so it is very hard to find good people. They hire whoever is willing to move here, which are people who have been fired or people who can't do the job and already live here.
