Pros

Exciting projects of national importance using the latest technology. It is very rewarding to see projects deployed that help the customer achieve their mission.

Cons

Leadership tends to focus internally, frequently on positions that are at odds with government policy. This fuels a perception that management is arrogant and self-serving. The leadership culture has a group-think tendency - where views that are counter to the norm are readily discredited.

Pros

You get to work with State of the art technology, work on exciting projects that make a difference. Great office location.

Cons

You never know when lay offs are coming because of goverent contracts. Pay could be better for new engineers at lockheed.
