Starting pay for A&P's is low although, a new hire with very minimal aircraft experience and no A&P, can exceed your starting pay while you achieve Lockheed experience. New employees with minimal experience from other companies, should never pass the pay rate of an employee who has years of Lockheed experience. Especially when the previous experience was only two years, and you have achieved three years Lockheed experience and make less!
