First Line Supervisors & Managers are set up for Failure

Pros

Good pay; and you get to work around some amazing machinery that will fight wars and save lives.

Cons

First line supervisors and managers have very few options for enforcing discipline. My experience is strictly with Sikorsky Aircraft, I have not seen other Lockheed Martin divisions.
