Pros

Well known company that is about it.

Cons

Too rigid, and for a huge company the salary is very low. Help desk analyst tolerate a lot with managers not knowing how to do their job and asking analyst to basically remote into their computer and do their job. For example requesting equipment for new employees and terminating employees as well.

Lockheed Martin is a well known company, that is a plus.

Cons

In general working help desk is stressful. Some more policies need to be put in place so that analysts are able to do their job more efficiently. For example, every caller should have their challenge/ authentication questions set and not question us about why do they have to answer questions that ensure their identity.
