Low wages and low raises. There are different raise levels: 0%, 1.5%, 3%, 5%. It's nearly impossible to get a 5% raise, lets just get that out of the way. 3% is doing all of your work and then taking on other's duties. 1.5% is doing an excellent job with your work. 0% is under performance. 1.5% is the normal for most people. I'm not sure about management positions.

Management were terrible. They make up stories about you and always complain about their employees. The managers I had were really narcissistic and only cared about themselves. The managers never discuss problems with their employees directly, they wait until they are in a room full of people so they can embarrass and humiliate them.
