In general there is very good behaviour at Lloyd's. It is a place full of opportunity if you have the right skills. It is trying to re-imagine itself on several fronts whilst maintaining an existing set of relationships.

Its slow to get technology.

Brilliant place to work - no day is ever the same, who knew insurance could be so interesting?! Great colleagues - expert and collaborative, and lots of opportunities to work with many different organisations in the market and globally. Flexible working is embraced and work life balance genuinely respected.
