      - Genuinely friendly, helpful colleagues all doing their best. - Excellent benefits and good work/life balance when workload allows. - Interesting and unique work, especially if market facing.

      Cons

      - Seem to be losing some great people. - Change agenda happening at a fast pace with new CEO and this is impacting morale. - Workload can be high, resource planning could be more forward-looking and less reactive. - Talk of greater autonomy but move to make all meaningful decisions Exec level means people can feel disenfranchised. - Decisions being Exec and reduced empowerment also results in slower processes in what is already a bureaucratic environment.

      Great benefits offered for full time and part time employees, as well as flexibility regarding working days and hours where feasible.

      Cons

      Current workplace overall atmosphere and sentiment much more positive under former CEO due to, albeit expected, fast paced change occurring across business and global network under new CEO.
