Pros

working from home, flexible working

Cons

Stuck in the 1800's , slow to change, doesn't value their employees, treats employees like robots. Lack of diversity matches the 1800's. No work life balance. Or Career progression. Career development is non existent. Employees regularly working 12-14 hour days with disregard to their home situation. Don't waste your precious time/life/hard earned skills by working here. Go elsewhere with a modern fresh working environment and approach. Especially if you are a BAME person. Too many long service people stuck in their ways and resistant to change. Too much working like headless chickens. No ground direction from senior managers. No structure that aligns and acknowledges employees as human beings.
