      Pros

      I worked in the corporation of Lloyd’s. Management has put in a lot of effort to create a good work culture and promote diversity. Management wouldn’t care how you use your time as long as you get the work done. A lot of support for WFH because of COVID. Brand name is great that would give a lot of exit options in the insurance market.

      Cons

      IT is bad. Laptop is not the best and it is frustrating when the IT team cannot solve the issue.
