Pros

Some of the work is unique and very interesting. Prestige associated with Lloyd's on the CV is very high. Some extremely high quality colleagues.

Cons

They have existed for over three centuries and seem to plan to continue in their current form for another three. Some colleagues are martyrs and try and guilt you into working crazy hours.
