Pros

Great benefits for them in London and Brussels. Work-Life balance, market standard salary and great exposure to market stakeholder

Cons

High cost pressure, less and less market/client centric, no speak-up acceptance instead top management is praying nice values which are not lived down from their middle management. Some in middle managemnt are not open for constructive feedback. Mechanism and policies for speaking up are in place but if used they are falling against you.
