      Some very nice people Rich heritage of Lloyd's Networking across the market

      Bullying was tolerated, even supported at times. Individuals with very clear neurodiversity traits appeared to be targeted and bullied/misunderstood. Translation of strategy to team level was poor, individuals seemed to be able to change direction on a whim. Cliquey at times, managers definitely had favourites.
