      Pros

      Family feel, good camaraderie and a sense of togetherness. Great leadership - even through change there has been consistent messaging. Really good bonus opportunity and although lack of progression due to the size of the Corporation, I was actively encouraged to develop and go out into the market which has been brilliant for my career.

      - Toxic people at low, middle and especially top levels - Management will easily throw you under the bus for their weak decisions, they avoid any accountability and blame it on people under them - A lot of positive discrimination based on D&I in recruitment and promotions
