Still difficult to have a career as a woman. Hard square Hierarchy structure. Too many years to be promoted. The code of conduct is not updated not reviewed to be followed. Autocratic leadership

Cons

The youngest from the owners are now part of the senior structure and they benefit the persons close to them above of the people with proven experience.
