Pros

Taught me all about printables. Made custom boxes for shipping. Work order system. Everyone was a great worker except for me.

Cons

Machines were slightly broken before I got there. Enough to where they would cause constant annoyance during production. Planned obsolescence of the role from upper managment. Data tracking with ads since it was a advertisement firm.

Pros

Benefits are great. Health insurance is actually very good and you have a generous amount of PTO. Overall I have really enjoyed my time here and have had some excellent managers, learned a lot about the car business, and been able to take care of some amazing customers. I would say over 90% of the time, I look forward to coming to work every day which is more than what I can say about any other place I’ve worked prior.

Cons

I take pictures of cars outside in the elements all year round whether it’s -10° or 110°. Somehow this multi-billion dollar company can’t spring for a photo booth. I also don’t feel like a very important part of the team or like my job makes a difference for the dealership as a whole.
