If they know how to do math before payroll, you’ll get paid properly. But you have to do the math yourself and sign off to make sure they pay you properly or you will be missing funds! And no, they won’t fix it. Absolutely no pros whatsoever

Cons

Dictator style management, micromanagement, looks you in the eye that you are a star employee with no derogatory marks and excellent profit for the department but then when their personal friend needs a job, they will dump you in a second to replace you. No loyalty or respect. Highschool rumor-spreading behavior is a constant battle. They allow male employees to sexually harass the female employees. You will be spammed with multiple emails, all day everyday, even on weekends threatening to make sure you hit their “numbers” that the company requires for your employment but they don’t help or offer any way to improve those numbers when they believe in quantity over quality. They make shortcuts to cut expenses and fluff the numbers to make it seem like they are making a profit but everyone knows it’s in the negative.
