      Pros

      Great place to make new friends, and some times the managers bring in food. Not stuck in a office all day.

      Cons

      Horrible pay plan, you may have to borrow money from friends and family to pay the bills, because they pay below the poverty level for a person trying to support a family. Interesting considering your selling the second most expensive purchase.

      good benefits, friendly workplace, benefits department works really hard to maintain a fun environment

      Cons

      Money. Don't expect to get paid anywhere close to the national average for your position. My advice to incoming applicants would be to fight really hard for the salary you want during your interview because raises are hard to get once you're an employee
