Performance based organization where performance is rewarded. Countless stories of people who started at the entry level and progressed to GM or executive levels. Fantastic growth opportunities due to over 500 dealerships in the US/UK/Canada and still growing.

No top down operational model. Good and fair performance based compensation. Great benefits. Do your job and they leave you alone.

Cons

Can at times be a high pressure environment. I’m good with it. They want and expect high performance.

Strong core values, growth opportunities, high performance is rewarded. Great benefits, great leadership. Well ran and not your typical corporate environment in which upper management is disconnected from the store operations.
