Where do I start. Pay is cheap. They promote people that don’t deserve it. Complain and lie and blackmail gets you a promotion. My department was hostile only in it for the company they don’t care about you as a person and if you ask dont anything that might better your life then you’re the problem. And don’t expect them to care about work life balance that is a joke. 6 days a week all hours of the day. I’ve worked every Saturday or Sunday months in a row. Missing out on everything in my family . Because business must move on. They have lost good people because they refuse to put the job top priority. And if you express not being happy you’re told to suck it up and do the job. If you miss a phone call to go pee you’re in trouble.. I loved it when I started. And they treated me like crap for years. I hope they fail

Terrible executive management/unstable leadership. Constant restructuring due to lack of vision. Rampant nepotism; family members of executives and directors are not held to any standard and receive regular promotions and pay raises. Absolutely NO DEI efforts. Regular racist, sexist, and derogatory comments made about anyone who is not a white male.
