I've been with Lithia Motors for 23 years, and it has truly been the best place I've worked. The company provides a supportive senior management team that values its people. Unlike many other large auto groups, they give their General Managers the autonomy to perform their jobs effectively while still providing the resources and guidance needed to succeed. Lithia promotes a culture of growth, trust, and accountability, which has allowed me to thrive both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like any dealership group, the work can be demanding at times, but the support and opportunities far outweigh the challenges.
