Pros

Nice colleagues and regional and dealership management approachable. Friendly working atmosphere.

Cons

Wages are awful, head office treat you like dirt, you have no input as to what they decide is best for your site despite the fact they have never even seen it or spoken to anyone that works there. You are lucky if you can get help from them or if they even bother to reply to emails (yes mmc that means you), apart from the girls in payroll.

Pros

The company has incredibly high expectations which allows proactive TM’s to perform at a high level. Despite what may be said TM’s are encouraged to be forward thinking and ambitious.

Cons

The workload is high but so are the rewards. The lack of a true, financially worthwhile company car scheme is below what other groups provide.

Cons

Communication from head office to dealerships is poor Structure not defined for levels of responsibility Induction process not fit for purpose currently
