Fair pay plan. Excellent service advisor offices and tools. recently remodeled work facility.

Cons

No real downsides to this particular location but you must be aware that this clientele is very demanding.

Money is good, but it's not worth it Good if you are thick or bad at your job, you can easily hide amongst the others pretending they know what they are on about

Cons

Freedom of speech is ignored, the management approach is a bit similar to a chain gang in prison rather than a company operating in the UK with human rights and freedom of speech that is not negative at all but constructive Stress Management are incredibly poor in their understanding of their job and when others cannot do their job. If you are too good they will get rid of you ASAP to avoid you showing them up. Long Hours - most modern companies and large companies offer flexi-time. Most companies do not expect you to work outside of contracted hours for no reason. Have to carry other colleagues and departments if they cannot or do not know how to do their jobs. Do not listen Very ungrateful people who constantly criticise you

Pros

- Worked with some fantastic colleagues - Gained invaluable experience in sales - Selling a car is a very rewarding experience and something to be proud of

Cons

- First day and you are just dumped in a dealer and left to work everything out for yourself -Not a real graduate scheme - no support in helping to progress - No monthly reviews like mentioned to look at what can be improved - Achievements don't get recognised but mistakes are made very loud and clear.
