-Most of the workforce (minus the higher ups) make the place. -Work from home 2 days.

Cons

-Newer employees given higher wage. -Micro-management. -Lunches are practically timed. -No trust in employees. -Not recognised for hard work. -Higher-ups have quite obvious favourites.

Good facilities at their Annesley site, such as free drinks, parking, and also a gym which was nice.

Cons

Senior management regularly did not get back to me when I needed help. Was regularly left out in the cold when other team members were busy and I had questions.
