Lithia is a transformational automotive business that truly drives its core values - take personal ownership, improve constantly, earn customers for life and have fun. There is regular training in person and online, a really attractive remuneration scheme for every role that is regularly reviewed for competitiveness, DEI colleague forums, engagement surveys etc. There is a high level of retention in the teams and plenty of scope to progress in the company as proven by many people who've been promoted from within over the years.
