      Pros

      The people are the only reason I stay in this job. The people are the best, I always find myself in the workshop laughing, often to the point of tears streaming from my eyes.

      Cons

      The pay, the equipment, the upper management, the benefits, the lack of job satisfaction, lack of recognisable bonus structure (specifically for advisors as it seems to be different for supervisors), the lack of respect of the department (particularly from sales as they just treat it as a storage), lack of "official" training.
