      Great potential earnings, friendly and relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      Progression is hard to come by - you have to really chase it which is expected when your want the next step but it almost feels like it’s easier and more profitable to keep you at one level

      Pros

      Fantastic group of people and lots of benefits. Guaranteed bonus and company car and amazing earning potential. Training academy was a good experience and Macha has a wealth of information. Management at my site are very friendly and happy to help and the sales executives are more than happy to help get you on your feet. It appears that there is good opportunity for progress and career development if that is your aim.

      Cons

      The training academy at times felt as if were completing mundane tasks, and may not be completely relevant if you have lots of experience within the industry.
