      If this review was completed before the “Pendragon” take over there would be plenty of positives to write about Jardine. Unfortunately, since the new CPO and her direct reports came on board and the culture changed for the worse then I don’t have anything to say that is a pro. I guess if you’re looking for a company that is headed up by people out of their depth and no clue on direction or strategy then this is the place for you! If you aren’t in the “click” then you won’t succeeded at Lithia UK!!
