My supervisors lied about me.
Pros
Work from home 4 days a week.
Cons
I was lied about to my recruitment consultant who had told me my vlookup skills were not good. I carried out vlookups and the finacial data was displayed on numerous occasions. I was often ignored by my supervisor and she was concerned with my education goals when talking face to face. I do not value dishonesty, I have done more complexed formulas on Excel at university. I also did not think it was appropriate for my supervisor to ask me questions about my education. I am there to work not to be asked questions about my own personal choices unrelated to my job role. I dont know if she was secretly in competition with me because someone has lied about my Excel skills. I started the role positively and left this role confused after talking with my recruitment consultant. I logged this because someone had lied using contacts on their website I did not hear back. I was a temp and did not work there long however does not excuse lying behaviour on temps. Morally I would be uninterested in working for this organiation again as the company did not respond to my emails. Based on my experience I think people lower down do not matter at all to the company and classed as rubbish.
