      Pros

      Very glad I joined Linio earlier this year. Great combination of a huge and fast growing business (first-mover B2C market place in the region) and start-up mentality with sufficient freedom to define local strategy and executute on it. Plus the benefits of a young/dynamic team, happy hours etc. High performing talents have been growing very fast in Linio

      Cons

      Quite demanding, not always optimal work-life balance. However, I´ve experienced similar before and it tends to improve over time...

      - Growing industry, tons of oppotunities to grow - Young, enthusiastic people...more than peers, you work wth friends - Fast paced - You have far more decision power than any other typical company

      Have a great idea, and want to do something that will make a difference? Linio fosters an environment that encourages teams and employees to come up with innovative ways to do improve efficiency and implement them.

      Cons

      I personally don'y have any regrets working at this great place.
