The people are nice, the work balanced, no crunch time. Remote work is there and offices are also very nice. Work can get a bit repetitive but there’s lots of opportunities to advance and do something else.

Cons

Salary could be higher. Response time for some requests should be faster.

Pros

Coworkers and managers are kind and understanding about personal issues. They keep you on your toes. You often get a lot of responsibility which is a strong challenge to help you grow as a professional. There are often company events to help you bond with coworkers.

Cons

Organization is lacking, there are little to no standards made known to you as a new employee. They also required relocation despite the position being nearly entirely remote -- I would've been willing to fly for any in person meeting but I was still required to relocate.
