Excellent management team who are incredibly supportive. Brilliant financials. Really nice people in general Flexible working hours

Cons

Industry they work in doesn’t have a great reputation Mandatory 3 days in the office is difficult to sustain; most employees commute several hours to manage this

Flexible working schedule with hybrid Good people to work with Leadership that seems to care about the growth of everyone

Cons

Not always great at putting money into departments and endeavors that will make some jobs easier. Not universal, but some spaces clearly need better tools to perform efficiently.
