Pros and Cons of working for Light & Wonder

Pros

Remote work creates freedom and they don't monitor your hours. They just want you to get the work done. Which is a huge benefit I get from working for this company.

Cons

You have to ask and bug them for promotions otherwise you won't get one. No longer does your work just speak for itself,
