A Company That Pretends to Care Until They Don’t

Nothing worth mentioning. Any positive experience is meaningless when you’re discarded without warning.

Cons

Zero job security—LNW lays off employees without warning, proving that no matter how much effort you put in, you’re just a number to them. Leadership is incompetent and fails to communicate, leaving employees completely blindsided. They push a fake "great culture" narrative, but the second it’s inconvenient for them, they show their true colors. No loyalty to employees, so don’t waste your loyalty on them.
