      Fired for having mental health struggles and black balled from industry

      Pros

      None there is no support and they don't understand or try to help employees.

      Cons

      As mentioned no help and support for employees struggling with mental health. Claim to offer flexible working but it's very inflexible and you can tell they resent offering it. After leaving I have tried to reenter the industry but I have been black balled, employees of the company look at my LinkedIn profile and then suddenly companies don't want to talk to me.
