Thanks for taking time to review your experience working at Light and Wonder and we value your feedback. At Light and Wonder we are continually looking for ways to improve how we manage and lead our employees and business strategies. In fact, we ask Creators to complete a best-in-class employee engagement survey to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas of improvement. We recently completed our 2023 engagement survey, and we are happy to report that nearly all of our employees took time to complete it. We are proud to say the results reflected that the vast majority of our employees globally have a favorable opinion of working at Light and Wonder, including areas like company values and confidence (business outlook), leadership quality, feedback and recognition, career opportunities, work/life balance, and many others. While the survey reflects that the majority of our employees have confidence in the leadership team at Light and Wonder, we are always looking to improve employee retention and engagement and appreciate your feedback.
