Pros

Coworkers and managers are kind and understanding about personal issues. They keep you on your toes. You often get a lot of responsibility which is a strong challenge to help you grow as a professional. There are often company events to help you bond with coworkers.

Cons

Organization is lacking, there are little to no standards made known to you as a new employee. They also required relocation despite the position being nearly entirely remote -- I would've been willing to fly for any in person meeting but I was still required to relocate.

Pros

We have a lot of events and fun activities. We occasionally have team outings. There is no specific dress code. Flexible Hybrid model

Cons

Nothing as far as I noticed
