Pros

Working UX within the team of CX, where we were able to work, analyse and measure the experience as a whole, taking an omnichannel approach, inciding both on the digital experience [user] and the in store experience [customer].

Cons

Not having ownership on the platforms (website and, futurely, the mobile app), got us very constraints, mainly because some anti-UX-patterns where developed in the website and we weren't able to cofrrect them easily nor quickly. Also, the company internal processes where very slow and the comodity of outdated people working there was prioritized, instead of the implementation of agile processes and focusing on problem solving.
